Europe is incredibly fascinating, but complex. Each country, even each region within each country, has its own individual intricacies that need to be carefully unpacked in order to understand how health-tech startups can best integrate.
As such, it is quite challenging for any founder to build an overarching go-to-market strategy for the continent. But there are some high level concepts and trends that I want to share with you to help you get started. Below are two main concepts, adapted from the presentation I gave a few weeks ago.
